~ A dad in the group
I work four days a week, I’m home for dinner, and I’m deeply present in my marriage and fatherhood.
It wasn’t easy. But, over time, I learned the skills to make it possible. Now, I teach those skills in this group.
I’ve taught developmental psychology, studied attachment and communication for decades, and developed my own approach rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, and Nonviolent Communication.
We talk about school decisions, screen time, sex, phone boundaries, and how to stop fighting about the dishes ... and we laugh while we do it.
Professional dads who juggle work and family, especially those with children from newborns to early teens.
If you’re finding it hard to balance career demands with being the dad and partner you want to be, this space is for you.
We focus on practical strategies and honest support to help you thrive both at home and in the workplace.
We cover a wide range of challenges, from parenting struggles such as bedtime battles and phone addiction to navigating relationship tensions and career pressures.
We also dive into anxiety, stress, feeling disconnected from your partner, or just that overwhelming sense of being stuck are common topics. The group is a place to share, learn, and build new habits that really work.
Being in a group means you get to hear from other dads who are walking the same path, which builds connection and understanding you won’t always find one-on-one.
It’s both supportive and practical; we share skills, tools, and real-life advice that you can put into practice. Plus, knowing you’re not alone in this journey can be a game-changer.
That’s normal. The group is a safe space where honesty is encouraged without judgment or criticism.
You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Over time, you’ll likely find that opening up feels freeing and helps you build stronger connections both inside and outside the group.
