Hi, I’m LillieJane, LICSW,  I work with adults and couples who want stronger, more secure relationships but find themselves caught in frustrating cycles of miscommunication, conflict, or distance. Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and motivated, yet they feel unsure how to move forward when relationship patterns keep repeating.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment-based work. Together we slow things down, bring clarity to what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop new ways of communicating and relating that feel more secure, honest, and sustainable.

Experience & Training

I have over seven years of experience supporting individuals and couples with communication and conflict resolution. My training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), grief counseling, and mindfulness-based approaches.
