international nonprofit peacemaking organization that shares Nonviolent Communication around the world. It helps people peacefully and effectively resolve conflicts in personal, organizational, and political settings.  

Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), authored several influential books.

A more in-depth view is this highly recommended introductory video by Marshall Rosenberg is his Nonviolent Communication – San Francisco Workshop by Marshall Rosenberg.  This 3-hour video provides a comprehensive overview of NVC principles and practices, featuring Rosenberg himself as he demonstrates and explains the core concepts.  This video is an excellent starting point to understand the fundamental ideas and benefits of Nonviolent Communication.
